COMMENDATION FOR IDAHO'S NON-GAME PROGRAM | |

| A non-game species program
has been adopted by the state of Idaho that greatly enhances and
protects Idaho's diversity of wildlife. Idaho's state income tax
payers may voluntarily give a portion of their state income tax refund
to the State Fish and Game Department for non-game animals. |

The Federation of Western
Outdoor Clubs commends the Idaho Department of Fish and Game for
efforts put forth in instituting and implementing the Idaho non-game
species plan. |
