| The Secretary of the
Interior is refusing to release funds appropriated by Congress for the
sole purpose of purchasing additional park lands. Available land
remains unsecured and unprotected at at time when park visits are
breaking all previous records. |

| The Federation of Western
Outdoor Clubs urges the Administration expand and protect the National
Park System and that the appropriated funds be utilized. |
