| A resolution submitted by
the Obsidians on cross country markers in wilderness areas was approved
by the FWOC in 1986 (Resolution #9) and is hereby reaffirmed. |

the Olympic Parks Association on the removal of dams from the Elwha
River in Washington was dealt with in 1986 (Resolution #26) and is
hereby reaffirmed. |
