INCREASE
OUR WEALTH OF THE GREAT OUTDOORS WITH THE WISE "USE OF OUR PEACE
DIVIDEND" |
| Internationally our
enemies are now our friends. Military bases are being
closed. A base is wiped out by a volcano and no replacement is to
be made. The perceived need for the billion dollar star wars
continues to evaporate. |

| Our trillion dollar per
year tax structure is geared to generating funds that not only can be
used: to pay of our debts
to bail out the Savings and
Loan Industry
to possibly bail out
banking followed by insurance
and still have substantial funds to bring our great outdoors up
to standard. |

| The Federation of
Western
Outdoor Clubs recommends the wise use of a substantial portion of the
peace dividend to bring our great outdoors back to world class
standards. |
