Resolution
#21: Pelagic Birds in Puget Sound

Pelagic seabird numbers in
Puget Sound are declining precipitously due to fishing nets (by-catch),
recreational boating activities, and destruction of the marine
ecosystem. |

The Federation of Western
Outdoor Clubs supports development of a plan by state and federal
agencies to ensure healthy populations of these species. |
|
