Resolution
#22: Wolf Re-Introduction to Olympic National Park
|
|
Wolves were eradicated
from Olympic National Park (as well as from many other public lands)
many years ago. With the gradual return of these wildlands to
their original state, re-introduction of the wolf is a logical and
direct follow-on to this process. |
|
ACTION: The Federation of
Western Outdoor Clubs members and member clubs support the
re-introduction of the wolf to the Olympic National Park, and are urged
to write to their legislators in support of this project. |
