The Federation of Western
Outdoor Clubs reaffirms its opposition to the use of bicycles on
mountain trails, as set forth in a Resolution #6 and as adopted at the
1993 Annual Meeting of the Federation.

|
FWOC members and member clubs with an
interest in this issue should send a copy of this resolution to the
Chiefs of the U.S. Forest Service and U.S. Park Service; the Director,
Bureau of Land Management, and to applicable sate and local Parks and
Recreation departments.
