Resolution of Thanks
|

The officers of the
Federation of Western Outdoor Clubs and all member clubs express their
heartfelt thanks to the Mazama of Portland, Oregon, for hosting the
67th annual convention at their beautiful lodge near Mount Hood August
14-16. We would specifically like to thank the following people.

1. The speakers, all
of whom served without fee.
|
|
2. The lodge
managers, Jason and Jasmine Star, who served delicious healthy
vegetarian meals, facilitated our operations, and did much to make our
stay enjoyable.
|
3. Keith Mischke,
Executive Director of the Mazamas, for his help to the convention
organizers.
|
|
4. Vera Dafoe of the
Mazamas for acting as liaison between the Mazamas and the organizers
and making many helpful suggestions.
|
|
5. Kati Hunt of the
lodge management who rendered great assistance to the Resolutions
Committee.
|
|
6. The FWOC
Resolutions Committee, chaired by Hazel Wolf with members Anne
Kranendonk and Winchell Hayward.
|

7. Last, but not
least, Shirley Cameron and Winchell Hayward for their great work in
organizing the convention and putting the program together.
